研究领域:

一、动脉粥样硬化和血管钙化的分子保护机制研究

1. 动脉粥样硬化与血管内皮细胞功能研究。

应用临床病理样本、动脉粥样硬化动物模型、和原代培养血管内皮细胞,研究血管内皮损伤和动脉粥样硬化发生发展的病理生理学机制,探索血管内皮细胞损伤和动脉粥样硬化的保护机制。

2. 血管钙化与血管平滑肌钙化的分子保护机制研究。

应用临床病理样本、慢性肾病引起血管钙化的大鼠模型、和原代培养的血管平滑肌细胞研究高磷引起的血管钙化发生发展的病理生理学机制,探索血管平滑肌细胞钙化的分子保护机制和药物作用靶点。

 

二、脂代谢及脂肪分化的调控及机制研究

应用临床样本、特异性的基因敲除小鼠、原代培养的脂肪来源的间充质干细胞,研究特定基因在脂肪分化和脂代谢中的作用及其分子机制,探索其在肥胖及增龄引起的脂代谢紊乱中所起到的作用。
